- One photo showing the entire job, including all pieces you plan to send
- Additional close-up photos of any pieces that are:

- Large, oversized, or unusually shaped
- In need of special treatment
- Damaged, delicate, engraved, or otherwise difficult to clean
- Showing areas of patina you would like to have left on the piece
After reviewing your information and photos, I’ll follow up with a quote and any recommendations about the appropriate care for your pieces. Please wait for your quote and shipping instructions before sending your items.
Customers are responsible for sending their pieces to me. Once the work is complete, I’ll carefully package and return the pieces to you. The standard turnaround time is three weeks from the time I receive your items, although the exact timing may vary depending on the size, condition, and complexity of the job.
Customers in the greater Portland, Oregon area may be eligible for local product pickup and drop-off. Availability will depend on location, scheduling, and the size of the order.
I’ll include a best-practices instruction form explaining how to safely pack your pieces for shipment. Please follow these instructions closely to help protect your items while they are in transit.
